While we do the gathering of info and recruiting, the final say is yours. At this stage, you will be presented with the best of the best candidates (typically three candidates will be selected but more can be discussed based on your preferences.)

The last phase of the hiring process involves the negotiation on remuneration where we assist the client on salary package, joining date and offer letter and communicate the same to the shortlisted candidate.

During the probation period our HR Director will be in frequent touch with your hiring manger.
